He's thinking about the internet condom idea as well. I'm still not entirely sure how to approach it, but it will be needed very soon if not now already. Just some quick thoughts: I think, as Josh suggests, it should be a classifier model (see Jev mabybe) that runs locally on your laptop/desktop and maybe through a browser extension is able to see all the text on pages that you open to decide 0-100% if it's AI generated or not. Stuff like this already exists, yes, but having this local and custom built is always a nicer alternative.
